This past weekend we hosted our first of four Houston Four Season Cups at Alliance Fencing Academy.

We had an excellent turnout from local fencers and our Men’s and Women’s Open events were both “A” rated events, which is the highest rating classification for local tournaments and enables the winners of each event to earn or renew their “A” classification for the new season.

A few of the highlights included Olympic medalist Kelley Hurley taking the gold in the Senior Women’s Epee event and Youth Olympic medalist Issac Herbst earning gold in the Senior Men’s event.
