Camp Duration:

9:00 am – 3:00 pm
12:00 – 1:00 lunch break
Alliance will provide some healthy snacks (apples, oranges, bananas, etc. ).
There are three water fountains, small kitchenet, refrigerator, and a microwave  available for the campers.
We also have vending machines and ice-cream fridge  

Camp Content:

– History of fencing
– Basics of modern Olympic style of fencing
– Footwork and drills
– Fencing bouts with different missions and tasks
– Stretching, coordination, and special fitness exercises
– Indoor sport and coordination games
– Fencing videos & movies

Individual lessons are available after/before the camp hours upon request

What To Bring:

– Sport shorts or long athletic pants, 2 t-shirts, athletic shoes (volleyball, tennis or similar)
– Lunch
– Small towel

All necessary fencing equipment is provided
